Shipping Fee  
We charge a flat rate of £5 for all UK orders.

Delivery Time  
Please allow 2–3 weeks for your order to arrive.

- Orders are processed within 2–3 business days  
- You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped  
- Delivery may take slightly longer during peak periods

Where We Ship  
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Delayed or Missing Orders  
If your order hasn’t arrived within 21 days, please contact us at support@nemesisstudios.co.uk with your order number. We’ll get on it immediately.
