Returns & Refunds

If you're not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

Eligibility:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging
- Sale items are non-refundable

To request a return:
Email us at returns@nemesisstudios.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

Faulty Items:
Contact us within 7 days if your order is damaged or incorrect. We’ll make it right.
